A documentary short film exploring the behind the scenes world of amateur mixed martial arts. Mixed martial arts, MMA, evolved from no rules, no holds barred fighting from Brazil and Japan. MMA combines striking disciplines, such as boxing, kickboxing and karate with grappling and submission techniques from wrestling, judo, and jiu-jitsu. This film explores the grueling training and brutal fights of contestants who place their lives on the line for no reward, except the love of the sport.
